Keramiķis Juris Tumulkāns dzīvo un strādā Rīgā, jau 15 gadus vada VEF Kultūras pils Tautas Lietišķās mākslas studiju „Saule”, rīko un piedalās dažādās izstādēs un citos kultūras pasākumos.
